Kathir Joins Vijay Sethupathi & Madhavan’s Vikram-Veda

Actor Kathir has joined the cast of Vikram-Veda, which stars Vijay Sethupathi and R Madhavan. Kathir was approached for the role by director duo Pushkar-Gayathri after they saw his performance in Kirumi.

Speaking to the Times of India, Kathir said: “I didn’t expect that I will get opportunity to share screen space with these two excellent actors. My characterisation will be something unique, as it’s not a regular north Madras story. The screenplay is very different, and it will be a complete action entertainer. The makers said as they liked my performance in Kirumi, and that is why they sought me out for this role.”
