Siruthai saw Karthi essaying the role of a tough cop. Karthi will play tough yet again in Dheeran Adigaram Ondru.
The Kashmora actor is said to be going through rigorous police training in order to prepare for the role. The movie will be directed by H Vinoth and will have Rakul Preet Singh as the female lead.

According to a report in Times Of India, a source close to the film unit said, “Karthi is now undergoing vigorous training at the YMCA campus. The shoot of the film is all set to begin on January 17 — the actor is said to play the role of an investigative officer in the film, which is touted as a complete action thriller.”
The film will also be shot in the interior areas of Ladakh.
Abhimanyu Singh has been roped in to play the baddie in Dheeran Adigaram Ondru. He was last seen in Vikram’s 10 Enradhukulla.
