At the press meet for Vikram Vedha which was held today, Madhavan was determinedly silent, wanting to speak only at the success meet for the film. But the actor eventually gave in to shower praises on his co-star Vijay Sethupathi.
Madhavan said: “Though Vijay and I play opposite roles in this film, we have developed a great rapport off-screen. At one point of time, I wondered how I was going to oppose this person onscreen, when I share such a friendly relationship with him.”

When asked about the chances of remaking Vikram Vedha in Bollywood, he said, ” I would love to take the entire film crew to Bollywood. Vijay Sethupathi is such a fantastic actor that he can even go to Hollywood.”
Madhavan admitted that though he could think like a young boy, his body ‘behaves only like a 40-year-old’. The actor also revealed that he is not interested in what’s popularly referred to as the “chocolate-boy” roles any longer. “I am done with it,” he said.
