Poda Podi director Vignesh Shivan’s upcoming film Naanum Rowdy Dhaan has been given a ‘U/A’ certificate by the censor board officials. The news was confirmed by the director, as well as Dhanush, who is producing the movie.
The film will release on October 21. Naanum Rowdy Dhaan will face stiff competition at the box office from director Vijay Milton’s 10 Enradhukulla, starring Vikram and Samantha, which will be releasing on the same day.

The teaser of Naanum Rowdy Dhaan was recently released, and enthusiastically received by the audience. Anirudh Ravichander’s music for the film is also being highly appreciated.
Naanum Rowdy Dhaan marks the first collaboration between Vijay Sethupathi and Nayanthara. Also, for the first time in her career, Nayanthara has dubbed for herself. Her character in the film, Kadambari, is a hearing-impaired girl.
