Actor Kreshna has been roped in to play the lead in Pandigai, which will be directed by Feroz and produced by actress Vijayalakshmi.
Pandigai will be the actress’ maiden production venture. Anandhi of Kayal fame will play the female lead in the film. Reportedly, she will be seen as a college student in the movie which is about a gang that triggers a fight in a town.
The first schedule of the movie will be shot in Chennai.
Karunas, Madhusoodhanan, Nithin Sathya, Shanmugarajan and Koothu-p-pattarai Jayakumar will be seen in significant roles and composer RH Vikram will be scoring music for this film.
Director Feroz is actress-producer Vijayalakshmi’s long-time boyfriend.
Kreshna is now busy with Vishnuvardhan’s Yatchan and Vizhithiru, while actress Anandhi has Visaranai, Trisha Illana Nayanthara and Chandi Veeran in various stages of production.
