AR Murugadoss is definitely not excited about the National Award winners for 2016. In a surprise batch that included a win for Akshay Kumar’s deranged husband act in Rustom, and a nod for Sonam Kapoor’s Neerja, this list of winners didn’t exactly sit right with everybody.
ARM took to his Twitter account to share his feelings regarding the matter.

Murugadoss blamed the ‘partial and biased’ jury headed by director Priyadarshan for the unsatisfactory results.
The director got a lot of support and some brickbats from his fans for the comment. But, it certainly looked like he didn’t mind.
