Director Susi Ganesan is all set for the release of Thiruttu Payale 2 which will see Amala Paul, Bobby Simha and Prasanna in lead roles. In conversation with DC, the director revealed that his new film dealt with voyeurism.
“The issues that the film deals with are increasing with each day in the world. There is enough material for about 10 Thiruttu Payale films! Voyeurism and the cyber crimes are growing and have never ceased. The film is not just about internet crimes — but about humans who become ‘thiruttu payales’ when no one watches them.”

“There will be an underlying theme that runs in both the films and it will be a huge spoiler if i just even a little bit about the script. The similarity between both films is that they tell you what happens when someone’s secret gets into the hands of another. So, this baseline is put in contemporary context in this film,” Susi Ganesan added.
The film releases in August this year. Music for the film has been composed by Vidyasagar.
