The much-anticipated Thalapathy64 starring actor Vijay has roped in ‘Makkal Selvan’ Vijay Sethupathi and Angamaly Diaries fame Antony Varghese for prominent roles. The movie helmed by Maanagaram fame Lokesh Kanakaraj is being bankrolled by Xavier Britto Film Creators.
Both the actors took to Twitter to announce the news.

Thalapathy 64 will see actor Vijay and actor Vijay Sethupathi coming together on screen for the first time. It also marks the entry of Antony Varghese into Kollywood. The movie is slated for release in the summer of 2020.

Malayalam actor Antony Varghese’s upcoming film Jallikattu directed by Lijo Jose Pellissery had its trailer drop recently, garnering over a million views.
Incidentally, Lokesh Kanakaraj’s upcoming film Kaithi starring Karthi Sivakumar is all set for a Diwali release too. It will be seen competing with Bigil.
