At the Ritz Icon Awards which was held last Sunday, Tamannaah, who was a recipient, thanked art director Sabu Cyril for the sets that he had erected for Baahubali. The actress revealed that she had to perch on a tree for a crucial scene. “It was very windy then. I thought I would fall and so I was tied to the tree. After the scene was filmed, I got down and the crew members later told me that it was not a real tree. It was part of the sets that Sabu Cyril sir had created. I couldn’t believe it. I am very thankful to him for creating quality sets,” she said.
Sabu Cyril, who was also conferred with the Ritz Icon Award said, “The better I do, I go unnoticed (sic). So every honour is special to me.”
