Sidharth Malhotra will team up with Suneil Shetty for a new film. The Baar Baar Dekho actor has signed on to be a part of Reloaded which also stars Shetty. Directed by Krishna D K and Raj Nidimoru, the movie has Shetty as a former army colonel who trains recruits at an academy. Sidharth plays his son, Gaurav.
Jacqueline Fernandez has been cast as the female lead in the movie. According to reports, the movie is said to be a prequel of sorts to the Hrithik Roshan – Katrina Kaif starrer Bang Bang. The team will begin filming soon, and is expected to fly to Malaysia to can some scenes there. Shetty’s recent makeover is said to be for his role in this project.

This will be Suniel Shetty’s first film role in three years. The actor was last seen in Jai Ho, in which he had a guest role. Shetty has signed on to be a part of Hera Pheri 3, which will release in 2017. The actor made his debut with Balwan, which had the late Divya Bharti as the female lead. He followed this up with Gaddaar, Aakrosh, Ek Tha Raja and the Hera Pheri franchise. Shetty made his Tamil debut with the Shaam– Simran– Jyothika film 12 B, and his Malayalam debut with Kaakkakuyil.
Meanwhile, Sidharth Malhotra’s latest release, the time-travel film Baar Baar Dekho, alongside Katrina Kaif is a critical as well as commercial failure.

The actor will team up with Alia Bhatt for Aashiqui 3, and will also be seen in the remake of Rajesh Khanna’s Ittefaq.
