Allu Arjun’s latest release – S/O Satyamurthy – has not just turned out to be a superhit, but has also gone to become the biggest money-spinner of the year in Telugu cinema so far.
Recently, the film completed 50 days run in cinemas. It has grossed approximately Rs. 90 crore with distributors’ share of Rs. 51 crore at the ticket window worldwide. This is Allu’s second big win in a row, after Race Gurram. Directed by Trivikram, the film is about the journey of a loyal son, played by Allu, to save his father’s honour. Samantha Ruth Prabhu, Adah Sharma and Nitya Menon play female leads in the movie.
