Shankar Mahadevan’s Son Shivam Sings In ‘Seeru’ For D Imman

D Imman At The Provoke Awards 3.0

Music composer D Imman has brought onboard veteran playback singer-music director Shankar Mahadevan’s son Shivam to sing a song for the upcoming Jiiva-starrer Seeru. The film is touted to be a commercial entertainer directed by Rathna Siva and has Majnu fame Riya Suman essaying the female lead. Lyricist Viveka has penned the lyrics for the song.

D Imman took to Twitter to announce the news.

“It’s a delight to work with someone who hails from the most extolled family of music. Moreover, it happens that most of the children of reigning playback singers have some of their parent’s influence in vocalisms, but Shivam excels with his uniqueness and I am sure, the Tamil music industry is going to celebrate his voice. Hopefully, with god’s blessings, I desire to have the father (Shankar Mahadevan) and sons Siddarth-Sivam combo one day,” Imman said.
