Actress Samantha, who has an array of films in the pipeline, confirmed that she has completed her parts for the first schedule of Vijay 59. Shooting of this yet-untitled film helmed by director Atlee is ongoing in Chennai and the team is reportedly canning certain action sequences. According to sources, actor Vijay has been working day and night to complete the stunt sequences on time.

Actress Radhika Sarathkumar, who plays an integral roles in the movie, also recently completed her schedule for the movie. At the movie launch puja, director Atlee stated that he is planning to complete the shoot in December.
Actress Samantha is currently awaiting the release of 10 Endrathukulle, which has been in production for a while, and is also busy dividing her time for VIP 2 with Dhanush and 24 with Suriya. The actress will soon start shooting for Vada Chennai with Vetri Maaran.
