Actress Sai Pallavi is likely to make her Tamil debut opposite Vikram in Vijay Chander’s film. When contacted, Vijay Chander confirmed that they are in talks with the young actress and said that it might take a few more days to confirm the cast and crew of the film.
It was announced earlier this month that Vikram will team up with Vijay Chander for the film, which is produced by SFF Production. The film is expected to go on floors soon.
Vijay Chander previously directed Vaalu, starring Simbu. The film released in August 2015, after running into several delays.

Meanwhile, Sai Pallavi began shooting for her Telugu debut Fida opposite Varun Tej Konidela in August this year. The shooting had been delayed after Varun Tej fractured his leg. It is expected that production will resume in a few days time. The film is about an NRI (Varun Tej) who falls in love with a girl (Sai Pallavi) from Telangana.
Sai Pallavi, whose debut film Premam brought her to the limelight, also performed well in her second film Kali. Sai Pallavi was supposed to make her debut in Kaatru Veliyidai, but the director decided to replace her with Aditi Rao Hydari.
