Recommended

Speaking to Silverscreen, actor Sai Dharam Tej, nephew of actor-politician Chiranjeevi, said he doesn’t want to use the popularity of his family to build his career. “I want make a mark on my own. Being part of my family may get me opportunities easily, but my success rests on my own shoulders.” Sai is currently awaiting the release of the Harish Shankar–directed Subramanyam for Sale. He added, “I worked very hard on my next film, and it was based on the feedback I got for my first two films.” Talking about working with director Harish, Sai says that Harish feels even more responsible, for Sai to prove himself as an actor. Produced by Dil Raju and slated to release on September 24, Subramanyam for Sale also stars Regina Cassandra and Brahmanandam.
