Dream Warrior Pictures has just announced its 18th film. Yet to be titled, it will be helmed by debutante Shree Karthick, and feature Sharwanand who has acted in Tamil and Telugu films such as Engeyum Eppodhum, the Cheran bilingual JK Ennum Nanbanin Vazhkai and Padi Padi Leche Manasu. Ritu Varma who’s worked in Pelli Choopulu and Dhruva Natchathiram will play a leading role as well.
This Tamil-Telugu bilingual film will also star Nasser, Ramesh Tilak, and Sathish, according to an official statement from the production house. Jakes Bijoy who made music for Dhuruvangal Padhinaru, it’s cinematographer Sujith Sarang and editor Srijith Sarang will also work in this film. N Sathish Kumar is the art director. Sathish also worked in the upcoming Dream Warrior release, Kaithi, starring Karthi, directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj.
Kaithi is set to release in October. Lokesh meanwhile, has been roped in to direct Vijay’s next film titled ‘Thalapathy 64’ tentatively.

The Sharwanand-Ritu starrer will have love, friendship and that quintessential Tamil cinema element ‘thaai paasam‘ (mother’s love/sentiment), according to the makers. Shoot for the film officially began today in Chennai. It’s set hit the screens in the summer of 2020.
