Bogan will be remade in Telugu. According to reports, Ravi Teja has been signed on to play the male lead. He will reprise actor Jayam Ravi’s role in the remake.
Reports indicate that talks are on with other leading Telugu stars to play Arvind Swamy’s role in the Telugu version.

Director Lakshman told Silverscreen, “I am happy and proud to be associated with Ravi Teja sir for the Telugu version of Bogan. We are in talks with several other stars for the other main lead role. We should be able to figure things out soon.”
Shooting will begin by August this year.
Bogan, with music by D Imman, was a film about a jewel thief with the rare ability to switch souls. While it did not receive critical acclaim, it was a moderate box office hit.
