Priyanka Chopra is in reportedly in talks to join actors Octavia Spencer, Claire Danes and Jim Parsons in an upcoming drama called A Kid Like Jake.
If this does materialise, the film will mark her second acting venture in a Hollywood film, the first being the soon-to-be released Baywatch.
According to producer Paul Bernon, the actress will be on board for the project.
However, PC’s team tells Hindustan Times that she is yet to officially sign the required documents.

Ann Dowd and Michaela Watkins are also in talks to join the cast of film which will be directed by Silas Howard, reports Deadline. The project is based on Daniel Pearles’ play of the same name.

The story is about Alex (Danes) and Greg Wheeler (Parsons) who have high hopes for their son Jake, a bright and precocious four-year-old who happens to prefer Cinderella to GI Joe.
If on board, PC will play Amal, the couple’s friend and a newly single mom who is also trying to navigate the school system, as well as her own dating world. Parsons, Todd Spiewak and Eric Norsoph will produce via their Thats Wonderful Productions banner along with Paul Bernon from Burn Later and Rachel Song from XS Media.
