Natty Replaces Gautham Vasudev Menon in Sibiraj’s ‘Walter’

Cinematographer-actor Natarajan Subramaniam aka Natty was last seen in Sivakarthikeyan’s Namma Veettu Pillai. He will now be seen in Sibiraj’s next, Walter. Speaking about this latest development, debutant director U Anbu, said, “Gautham Menon sir had confirmed his time to us for the movie, as everyone knows. However, there were a few pressing commitments at his end that he couldn’t avoid, so he had to leave the film.”

“We approached Natty sir after the release of Namma Veettu Pillai. After he heard the full script, he agreed to take up this role,” the director added. Natty’s portions for the film have been shot for 15 days across Kumbakonam, Chennai and Tanjore.

There have been a lot of speculations about the nature of this character, and Anbu puts the record straight about that. “This is a character that is hard to define as good or bad. He will keep you guessing until the end,” he said.
