Actor Nasser is all set to act in a Hollywood film, titled Solar Eclipse, directed by Algerian director Karim Traidia. Confirming the news, Nasser’s wife Kameela said, “He plays an upright cop who protects Mahatma Gandhi from attackers”. Solar Eclipse will be the actor’s second Hollywood film, the first being Doug Liman’s Fair Game.
Solar Eclipse is set in the backdrop of India’s independence movement. It is a multi-starrer, featuring Jesus Sans, Om Puri, Vinnie Bones, Alessa Novelli, Bobbie Philips, Ananth Mahadevan and Rajith Kapoor in pivotal roles. The shooting of this film will commence in Sri Lanka on February 16, and Nasser will join the sets on February 17.
