Nadigar Sangam has decided to file a case against its former office bearers, actors Sarathkumar and Radha Ravi, for not submitting the financial accounts of the organisation and Nadigar Sangam Foundation for the years 2013 to 2015.
Actor Nasser, president of the Sangam, announced this at an executive body meeting held on Sunday. Earlier, actor Karthi, incumbent treasurer of the Sangam, had said, “Since the accounts of the above mentioned years are missing, we are unable to get our 80 G. We have waited for over 3 months for the accounts. Legal action will be taken against them”. However, Sarathkumar has been maintaining that they had already submitted the accounts to the auditor.
