Director Madhumitha is directing a movie titled Moone Moonu Varthai, to be produced by SPB Charan. This is the third film for the director, who debuted in 2008 with Vallamai Thaarayo and then followed it up with the comedy Kola Kolaya Mundhirikka in 2010. Moone Moonu Varthai has Aditi Chengappa, SP Balasubramaniam and actress Lakshmi in important roles.

Speaking about the movie, director Madhumitha said, “I’ve grown up listening to versatile music and have always wished to bring that type of versatility to my films. It is a source of pride for me that the films I’ve done so far are vastly different.”
Producer Charan added, “My firm, Capital Film Works, has introduced several leading artists to tamil cinema. Though Madhumitha is an experienced director, it makes me happy that I will be introducing her in the telugu version of the project! Five other technicians are also making their debut!” A promotional event to unveil the cast and crew is set to be held soon in the city.
