Vijay Deverakonda’s maiden production venture Meeku Maathrame Cheptha’s title was announced on August 28 and the teaser is already out. Featuring Tharun Bhascker Dhassyam (who directed Pellu Choopulu) in the lead Meeku… a comedy, also stars Abhinav Gomatam, Naveen George Thomas, Anasuya Bharadwaj, Vani Bhojan, Avantika Mishra and Pavani Gangireddy. Written and directed by Shammeer Sultan, with cinematography by Mathan Gunadeva, editing by Sreejith Sarang and music composed by Sivakumar, Meeku’s producer Deverakonda tweeted the teaser out yesterday.

The teaser hints that the film is about the protagonist trying to cover up his tracks, after having lied about his ‘habits’ to his girl.
