Kamal Haasan’s upcoming trilingual romantic comedy with director TK Rajeev Kumar has been titled Appa Amma Vilayattu in Tamil. The film also stars Zarina Wahab, and will feature actress Amala Akkineni in a guest role. Shooting for the film will begin in January 2016. According to sources, Appa Amma Vilayattu will also be released in Hindi, in addition to its Malayalam, Telugu, and Tamil release. The team is currently on the lookout for a suitable Bollywood heroine. Appa Amma Vilayattu will be filmed extensively in New York, Georgia, and other parts of the USA. Director TK Rajeev Kumar last worked with Kamal Haasan 26 years ago, when he directed his debut film Chanakyan.
