Kadhai Solla Porom’s soundtrack was launched yesterday by its child stars. Also at the event were actress Dhanshikaa, actors Kaali Venkat and Ramadoss, directors P Ramesh of Thegidi fame and Ramkumar (who was behind the hugely successful Mundasupatti).
The film has a group of kids in the lead with Aadukalam Naren and Kaali Venkat playing pivotal roles. Pawan has composed some edgy and energetic tunes for the film, and the songs are quite upbeat.

Kalyan, who rose to fame with his short films for Naalaya Iyakkunar makes his silverscreen debut with this flick. He also revealed that he has already started work on his next project. “I finished Kadhai Solla.. sometime back and am currently working on Kaathadi with Dhanshikaa. But, for obvious reasons, this film will always be close to my heart.”
The makers are looking for the perfect opening in the box office calendar to release the flick as they feel that a solo release would do the project a lot of good. “So many big films are coming up now and joining the race with them is out of the question. I want at least some people to notice the film, and so will be looking at other possible options,” said Kalyan.
