The trailer of the upcoming Kiruthiga Udhayanidhi-directorial Kaali is out. It was released by the film’s lead actor Vijay Antony on Twitter earlier this evening:

The trailer of Kaali – said to be an action-drama – begins with a voice-over narration by Vijay Antony who recalls having nightmares as a young boy. His desire to understand the dreams leads him to a village called Kanavikarai where he discovers things about himself. Vijay Antony is seen in dual roles in the trailer – one as a doctor, and the other as a villager.
Kiruthiga had previously directed the 2013 film Vanakkam Chennai, starring Shiva and Priya Anand in the lead, while Vijay Antony was last seen in the family drama Annadurai.
Kaali also stars Anjali, Sunanina, Nasser, Yogi Babu, Jayaprakash and Shilpa.
