Joju and Dileesh worked together in Padmakumar’s Joseph (2018) in which the former played the protagonist and Pothan, a pivotal role. The actors will be seen together again in Kamal KM’s film, Pada. Joju is currently in London, shooting for Karthik Subbaraj’s film with Dhanush. His co-production, Chola, directed by Sanal Kumar Sasidharan, recently premiered at Venice International Film Festival. Dileesh has played a minor role in Geetu Mohandas’ upcoming film, Moothon, which will have its Indian premiere at MAMI Mumbai film festival on October 17.
