Iswarya Menon Will Star In Rajaraman’s Veera

Iswarya Menon will play the female lead in Veera. The film stars Kreshna Kulasekaran as the male lead. Iswarya had a leading role in the Kannada version of Yaamirukka Bayamey, while the Tamil original, directed by Deekay, had Kreshna as the male lead. Veera will also be Iswarya and Kreshna’s second film with RS Infotainment.

The actress took to Twitter to make the announcement:

The first look of the movie was released earlier today.

Directed by Rajaraman, Veera will be produced by Elred Kumar under his own banner, RS Infotainment. Earlier, Bobby Simha had been announced as the male the lead, with Bala Saravanan playing a key role. But Simhaa eventually walked out of the film, citing schedule conflicts. Vishnu Vishal was brought in as a replacement, and Karunakaran stepped in for Balasaravanan. However, by the time the movie began production earlier this year, Kreshna had replaced Vishnu Vishal as the male lead. Actors Mottai Rajendran, Thambi Ramaiah also have major roles in the film.
