Ranveer Singh is known to make fashion statements. His quirky, effervescent style may be not be for everyone but he can pull it off with absolute ease. His sartorial sense is definitely out of the box.

But the actor has been keeping a low profile ever since the release of Padmavati (Padmavat) got postponed over the depiction of Rani Padmini and his character Alauddin Khilji. Ranveer known to immerse himself in intense roles was recently seen sporting rather a casual look.

But there is a reason for it. The actor has teamed up with his Dil Dhadakne Do director Zoya Akhtar for their upcoming film Gully Boy which also stars Alia Bhatt. The film is based on the lives of Mumbai street rappers – Divine and Naezy. The hip hop group Gully Gang was formed by Vivian Fernandez a.k.a Divine whose songs are inspired from the slums of Andheri where he grew up.
