Actress Catherine Tresa, who was last seen in director Pa. Ranjith’s Madras, has been roped in to play the female lead in actor Vishnu Vishal’s Veera Dheera Sooran, said a report by The Times of India.
Sources said that the shooting of Veera Dheera Sooran will commence by the end of May. More details about the cast and crew of the movie will be announced later.

Earlier, actor Vishnu Vishal told Silverscreen that the movie team has plans of reviving Veera Dheera Sooran, which was initially supposed to be helmed by director Suseenthiran. But now, we have come to know that Suseenthiran’s script will be directed by Saguni fame Shankar Dayal.
Actress Catherine Tresa is now busy shooting for Kanithan and Rudhramadevi while actor Vishnu Vishal is shooting for Poda Aandavaney En Pakkam and awaiting the release of Idam Porul Eval and Indru Netru Naalai.
