Alia Bhatt, SRK Tweet Dear Zindagi’s First Look & Explain What It Means To Be OK

Shah Rukh Khan and Alia Bhatt, who are playing the lead in Gauri Shinde’s  upcoming romantic-comedy Dear Zindagi, released the movie’s first look through a little tweet-chat on life.

“Dear Zindagi, Is it ok not to be ok?” asks Alia. Khan replies, “Dear Alia, See the sun is up. The sky is kinda blue. Sort of beautiful. So it’s ok if you are not ok. As long as you take care of one person. And that one person is you.”

They further talk about relationships, and finally, Alia asks Khan, “I have so many questions. Do you have all the answers?” And Khan replies, “Not all the answers. But I can give it a shot. Penning your appointment on 25th of November (this year). My office is next to a theatre near you. PS: Can you ride a cycle?”

The film is jointly produced by Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions, Khan’s Red Chillies, and Hope Productions.  It also stars Ali Zafar, Aditya Roy Kapoor, Kunal Kapoor, and Angad Bedi. The film is scheduled to release on November 25.

The movie had been a talking point for its rather odd pairing of young Alia Bhatt and Shah Rukh Khan. Gauri Shinde, whose directorial debut was the widely praised English Vinglish, had said that Dear Zindagi would not be a typical love story. There are rumours that Khan’s role is limited to a 30-minute cameo, while the movie revolves around the character played by Alia.
