The trailer of Ippadai Vellum was released by Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar last evening. Starring Udhayanidhi Stalin, Manjima Mohan, Soori and others, the film, it would seem, has romance, action, comedy all rolled into one, with Vijay Sethupathi’s voice-over for good measure. There are songs in exotic locales, flying cars, ambulances, cops, and a shot of a very intense-looking Udhay Stalin doing some thinking. He also sports geeky glasses for added drama.
Bankrolled by Lyca and directed by Gaurav Narayanan, Ippadai Vellum is scheduled to hit the screens on November 9.
