Aadhi Plays Ram Charan’s Brother In ‘Rangasthalam 1985’

Aadhi Pinisetty, whose recent release Maragadha Naanayam was well-received by the critics, is all set for his next – a Telugu period film titled Rangasthalam 1985. The actor plays Ram Charan’s brother in the film.

Speaking to Deccan Chronicle, Aadhi said, “It’s a story of bonding between brothers, directed by Sukumar. It’s an enriching experience working with Sukumar sir in a period set up movie.”

It was earlier reported that Aadhi would play a villain in the film, but the actor neither confirmed nor denied this.

The film, directed by Sukumar, is set in a village, and reportedly has the leads play specially-abled characters. The film also has Jagapathy Babu, with Devi Sri Prasad composing the music.

The first schedule of this Ram Charan-Samantha Ruth Prabhu starrer has been wrapped up in Rajahmundry and the team has taken a short break. Major portions of the movie will soon be shot in and around the Godavari river belt.

Aadhi also has another Telugu film in the pipeline. Titled Ninnu Kori, the film stars Nani in the lead. “I have no qualms playing a second hero or a villain, as long as my role is a powerful one,” he said.
