Vishal Krishna’s nomination for the post of President in the upcoming Producer’s Council election has been withheld. According to our source in the Council, the current office bearers are preparing to file a lawsuit to stop Vishal from contesting in the elections.

The issue stems from Vishal’s comments in an interview with Ananda Vikatan. The actor was suspended from the Council for his remarks, and this was revoked only recently, following which the actor filed his papers for the election.
