The book, written by Catherine Scott-Clark and Adrian Levy, is an insider’s account of Al-Qaeda after 9/11. The two investigative journalists, having gained access to Osama bin Laden’s inner circle, recount watching bin Laden’s rising paranoia over his eroding control over the organisation.

The film will be bankrolled by Bhardwaj and Junglee Pictures. Other details regarding cast and crew are yet to be revealed.

Interestingly, actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui recently confirmed that he has a project with Bhardwaj in the pipeline, but chose not to reveal anything more.
