The trailer of Vijay Deverakonda starrer World Famous Lover is out now. The film directed by Kranthi Madhav (Malli Malli Idhi Rani Roju, Ungarala Rambabu) is being bankrolled by KS Rama Rao for Creative Commercials. Vijay will be seen sharing screen space with Aishwarya Rajesh, Catherine Tresa, Izabelle Leite and, Raashi Khanna in the romantic drama.
Vijay Deverakonda has this one goal in mind. He strives to be a ‘world-famous lover’. There are four women, Raashi — ‘The Partner’ towards whom he is seen throwing cheesy pickup lines, Aishwarya — ‘The Wife’ who receives harsh treatment and ends up despising life, Catherine — ‘The Fantasy’ who is his boss, obviously out of his league, and finally Izabelle — ‘The Girlfriend’ who accepts him to be not just ‘any’ Indian (whatever that means). Obviously, he goes out of control, ends up being someone else altogether and physically harms himself because he weirdly believes that it is the way to overcome the emotional pain he’s going through… Umm, different day, differrent Arjun Reddy? We’ll find out. Just as in the teaser, Raashi is more prominent than the other women in this too.

“Shot predominantly in France and Hyderabad, World Famous Lover charts the story of an audacious youth falling in love with four girls and how he chooses his partner from among,” Cinema Express had reported.
World Famous Lover will have music by Gopi Sunder, camera by Jayakrishna Gummadi, Sahi Suresh on art and Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao on the edit table. Actor Jayaprakash also plays a significant role in the film.
Two songs from the album have been doing the rounds on social media — ‘My Love’ and ‘Boggu Ganilo’.
World Famous Lover will hit screens worldwide on Valentine’s Day 2020.

Vijay Deverakonda meanwhile is also doing a film with Puri Jagannadh. Speculations are rife that he may be essaying the role of Sobhan Babu in AL Vijay’s Thalaivi, a biopic on former late Chief Minister and AIADMK supremo J Jayalalitha, headlined by Kangana Ranaut.
