Venkat Prabhu has launched his next film, a heist comedy written by Oru Kal Oru Kannadi director M Rajesh. Prabhu’s associate Yuvan Shankar Raja will compose for the film. The comedy stars Premgi Amaren. Kayal fame Chandran and Vijay Vasanth are reportedly being considered for major roles in the project.
The film will be produced by T Siva of Amma Creations, along with Prabhu’s own Black Ticket Company.
Venkat’s Chennai 600028 – 2 released last week and received mostly positive reviews, along with a strong opening weekend despite Cyclone Vardah. The film is a sequel to Prabhu’s directorial debut of the same name.
