Producer Dil Raju, who acquired the Telugu rights of Vijay-starrer Theri, has finalized the title for the Telugu dubbed version of the film as Policeodu. While an official announcement is expected to be made later this week, a source from Raju’s camp confirmed the news.
Raju acquired the Telugu rights of the film for a whopping Rs 5 crore and will release the film along with its Tamil version. Directed by Atlee, the film features Vijay in three avatars. Tipped to be about the emotional bond between a father and his daughter, the film also stars Amy Jackson, Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Mahendran.
