It was widely reported some months ago that Vijay Deverakonda, Malavika Mohanan starrer Hero was shelved as the production house was unhappy with the output from the film’s first schedule.
Mohanan who was seen in Petta and Majid Majidi’s Beyond The Clouds we hear is all set to shoot for Hero with Vijay Deverakonda come October.

“There were rumours of the film being shelved but they will be going on the floor next month for their second schedule. The producers are also planning to release the film in Hindi considering Vijay Devarakonda’s popularity in Bollywood,” a source told Silverscreen.
The Newsminute reported on this development recently, “Vijay Deverakonda is busy with Anand Annamalai’s upcoming flick… Reports are that it is a sports musical and has been tentatively titled Hero.”
