Aishwarya Rajesh has been roped in to play the female lead in Lakshmy Ramakrishnan’s next film, her fourth as director. Lakshmy will reportedly draw inspiration from Saket Chaudhary’s comedy-drama, Hindi Medium.
Lakshmy took to Twitter to make the announcement.

Reports indicate that the actress might rope in Ashok Selvan for the male lead. Earlier, Lakshmy had said that her new film (also starring Ashok Selvan) would be based on the Chennai floods. It is not known at this point if the project has been dropped or postponed.
