Anirudh Ravichander, who composed for Shivan’s Naanum Rowdy Dhaan, has been signed on as the music composer for this one as well.

Keerthy Suresh, daughter of yesteryear actress Menaka, made her Tamil debut with last year’s Idhu Enna Maayam. The film went unnoticed. She rose to fame with roles in Sivakarthikeyan’s Rajini Murugan, and opposite Dhanush in Thodari. Keerthy then teamed up with Sivakarthikeyan for the second time with the recently released Remo.
The actress is also a part of Vijay’s next film- Bairavaa.
Director-actor KS Ravikumar, and actress Saranya Ponvannan have been roped in to play Suriya’s parents in the film.
Meanwhile, Vignesh Shivan had to put his prior commitments on hold to work on this project. He was said to be working on Kaathuvaakula Rendu Kaadhal, starring Vijay Sethupathi. Actresses Nayanthara and Trisha Krishnan had reportedly been signed on for the lead roles.
Suriya’s next project will be produced by Dream Warrior Pictures, owned by his cousin SR Prabhu. While the director of the project has not been confirmed yet, it is being speculated that it might be Raju Murugan, who recently directed Joker, under Dream Warrior productions.
