Vijay Singh, CEO of Fox Star Studios, told IANS that they were extremely happy that the movie is churning out huge profits.

Kaakka Muttai, starring child artists Ramesh and Vignesh,  is about the struggle of two kids to have a bite of Pizza. This movie is garnering praises for its realistic and simple portrayal of a slum dweller’s daily struggle. Jointly produced by Vetri Maaran and Dhanush, Kaakka Muttai, reportedly, was made under a shoe-string budget of Rs 1 crore.

The movie has already collected over Rs 10 crores, post its release two weeks back.
