Gautham Karthik has signed a film with debutant director Rajkumar, a former associate of AR Murugadoss. The film will be produced by T G Thyagarajan under his Sathyajothi Films banner. Gautham Karthik, son of Karthik Muthuraman and grandson of yesteryear star R. Muthuraman, was first seen in Kadal directed by Mani Ratnam. His latest Yennamo Yedho drew a mixed response among critics and did not do too well at the box office either.
