Dulquer Salmaan’s next Tamil project has been confirmed. The actor will be seen in a Malayalam-Tamil bilingual helmed by debutant Ra Karthik. The project is reportedly of the travelogue/road film genre. The director took to social media to make the announcement.

Dulquer working with Ra Karthik was first reported almost six months ago, but there was no confirmation at the time. The film’s team includes cinematographer George C Williams, best known for his work in Vijay’s films such as Theri (2016) and Kaththi (2014).
Music composer Dheen Dhayal is also part of the team, and the untitled project is being bankrolled by Kenanya Films (who are also producing the Santhanam-starrer Server Sundaram).
Dulquer’s last Tamil release was OK Kanmani. He is also a part of another bilingual – Mahanati – a Tamil-Telugu one based on the story of late yesteryear actress, Savitri. The actor will reportedly play Gemini Ganesan in the movie directed by Nag Ashwin. Keerthy Suresh plays Savitri while Samantha Ruth Prabhu plays a pivotal role in the film.
