Vishal, the president of Tamil Nadu Film Producers’ Council, has said that the reality show, Big Boss is in trouble only because actor Kamal Haasan is a part of it.

The Kaththi Sandai actor, speaking to ANI, said, “Big Boss is a multilingual program. This problem has been created only because Kamal Haasan is involved. When Kamal is a part of any show, he will definitely look into all aspects as he is the pride of Tamil Nadu.”
Hindu Makkal Katchi, a right-wing fringe group, had earlier demanded a ban on the show, and the arrest of host Kamal Haasan for “tarnishing Tamil culture”.
The group then filed a complaint with the Chennai Commissioner, stating that the show promotes “obscene content” as the contestants roam around the house “in an indecent way”.
