Actor Arya, while addressing the media in Madurai, expressed his support for his good friend Vishal in the Nadigar Sangam issue, in which Vishal and a few other actors are taking on the present leadership on various grounds. Arya is now on a promotional tour across Tamil Nadu for his upcoming film Vasuvum Saravananum Onna Padichavanga.

That Vishal and his team comprising of Nasser, Ponvannan and Karthi Sivakumar are encouraging young actors to get involved in the affairs of the organization is a welcome move, stated Arya. “Youngsters taking up administrative posts can benefit all the members of the organization. It’s unfair to say they are doing it for political gains”, Arya said.
When asked whether he would be offered a post in the Sangam, he jovially replied “I’m far too playful to be in an important post, they wouldn’t offer me one.”
