The father-son duo, Sreenivasan and Vineeth Sreenivasan are coming together in the Malayalam film Aravindante Athidhikal, directed by M. Mohanan. The film’s teaser was released recently.

The characters of Sreenivasan and Vineetha Sreenivasan run a lodge in Mookambika, Mangaluru and they dream to achieve more. We see a hopeful Sreenivasan telling Vineeth, “We have to change the whole setup of the lodge and rooms and make it more digital.” It reminds one of Sreenivasan’s classic comical character Vijayan from Nadodokkattu. In Nadodikkattu, Sreenivasan is paired opposite Mohanlal and both make plans to make it big.
Aravindante Athidhikal is written by Rajesh Raghavan. Sreenivasan and Vinneth have previously appeared in movies like Makante Achan, Traffic and Padmasree Bharat Dr Saroj Kumar. M. Mohanan who is the director of the film has previously worked with Sreenivasan in his directorial debut, Katha Parayumpol.
Aravindante Athidhikal will also see Urvashi, Shanthi Krishna, Salim Kumar and Aju Varghese in other prominent roles. The music is given by Shaan Rahman.
