Like any Sreenivasan story, this too will delve into some socio-political issues and class struggles in Kerala. The writer-director duo was last seen working in the movie, Yathrakarude Sradhakku with Jayaram and late actress Soundarya in the lead. For Fahadh, this is his second collaboration with the director, after the hit film Oru Indian Pranayakadha.

Sreenivasan and Sathyan Anthikad together have made some of the greatest hits in Malayalam cinema which includes TP Balagopalan MA, Varavelpu, Sandhesham and Nadodikkattu.

The film will be produced by Sethu Mannarkkad under the banner of Fullmoon Cinema. Music for the movie will be composed by Shaan Rahman. The initial schedule of the shoot will start from the first week of July.
