Pranav Mohanlal, son of veteran Malayalam actor Mohanlal, is all set to make his acting debut with Jeethu Joseph’s next film. Titled Aadhi, the film’s motion poster was released during the pooja ceremony of Mohanlal and Lal Jose’s film Velipadinte Pusthakam.

While the film is a suspense thriller, little is known about Pranav’s role specifically. The film’s shooting has already begun, with the makers still finalising the cast and crew. Apart from Pranav, Aadhi stars actors Mukesh and Anil Johnson, of Drishyam fame.
Pranav Mohanlal debuted as a child artiste at the age of 12 in Onnaman, which starred his father, Mohanlal. He played Mohanlal’s character as a child in the movie. He then went on to win the Kerala State Award for Best Child Artist for Punarjani. As an adult, he went on to become Jeethu Joseph’s assistant on Papanasam and Life of Josutty.
