Mammootty had a heartfelt message for Mohanlal’s son, Pranav, who is making his acting debut. Taking to social media, the Malayalam actor lauded the newcomer’s charm and dedication.
“For us he is just like one of our own children and has grown up before our eyes. Hes turned out to be a fine young man and will definitely delight all of you with his talent and charm,” he wrote, sharing a photo of the three.
Pranav is all set to make his acting debut with Aadhi, directed by Jeethu Joseph. The 27-year-old plays an aspiring music director and will also be seen doing parkour as part of the action scenes in the film. The film also stars Siddique, Lena, Aditi Ravi, Anusree, Jagapathi Babu, and others.

Incidentally, the film will release on the same day as Mammootty’s Streetlight – January 26.
Pranav Mohanlal debuted as a child artiste at the age of 12 in Onnaman, which starred his father, Mohanlal. He also won the Kerala State Award for Best Child Artist for Punarjani. As an adult, he has assisted Jeethu Joseph on Papanasam and Life of Josutty.
